"When the central heating pump starts screaming you know somethings wrong and turn the heating off. Within 24 hours a UES engineer was on site to seek a solution. Unfortunately, there was no quick fix and being in early October their diary was booked well ahead. However, the job was booked and on the appointed day the engineers were back to locate and resolve the problem. It proved to be a pipe in the airing cupboard totally blocked with scale. So, having power flushed the system and replaced the blocked pipe we were returned to a warm house.
