“The Clevedon Medical Centre (CMC) has been working with Unitary Engineering Services
(UES) since early 2018 when CMC invited UES to tender for the complete refurbishment of our boiler and heating system.
From the beginning, UES have listened to our needs, have been creative in their solutions and have been approachable to queries and advice. We have found all the staff we have come in contact with to be well informed, highly skilled, polite and very open, receptive and complying of our policies and procedures. The staff have demonstrated an understanding of the workings and sensitivity of a medical centre and are respectful to staff and patients alike. They are very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and their documentation is precise and complete with all works recorded and photographed on site.
UES have helped us on many occasions in times of emergencies and have never failed to send out an engineer when needed. Their staff wear company uniforms and are always neat and tidy and their vehicles clearly labelled with their company logo. During Covid-19, the staff have behaved professionally and have always arrived wearing appropriate PPE.

”We were carrying out decorative works to Brightpearl, a busy city centre
office. We needed an engineer to investigate an issue with the hot water
failure and called Adam. He came out promptly, gave a clear, detailed and
itemised quote that I was able to go back to the customer with.
Once agreed, Adam’s cheerful, tidy and uniformed staff explained how the
appliance was going to be repaired and were absolutely brilliant with the
noise restrictions, carrying out some work downstairs so as not to disturb
any of the sales people.
The contract was carried out on time and with no hassle leaving us and the
customer incredibly impressed.

I would like to thank Adam (UES) for his excellent service in fixing my boiler and general heating system when it totally failed as Winter was approaching us. With a new-born baby I have been informed that toughing it through winter and putting up with it is no longer an option and to get it fixed. Adam and his team came to the house, replaced 2 radiators including moving the location of one and flushed the system. It took two trips to fix and UES engineers probably went above and beyond what could really be expected which we are most grateful for.
To further compliment the great service there was one radiator that simply couldn’t be
fixed and getting to the root of the problem involved stripping the house apart so Adam
suggested an electric alternative, and then sourced it and without any involvement got his
engineers to arrive at the house and install it.
I cannot recommend Adam and the team highly enough and even though I still believe a
fleece would have been an acceptable alternative his service and support were excellent.
