Our recent work and news

So come on, hands up, be honest!

Was your business ready heating-wise heading into the winter months this year?

Did your office maintain a comfortable temperature or did you have to deal with some obstacles along the way that most likely could have been prevented?

It's hard to believe but UES turns 35 years old today! Incredibly proud of everything the company has achieved over the years.

What were you doing in 1986?!

COP26 and what's going on is making for interesting reading. Anyone else following what's happening?

Some good points, some not so good – let's see what else unfolds, and whether renewable energy is going to be given the boost it so desperately needs.

UES didn't start off in renewable energy technology, but it's definitely the way forward, and something that we will be talking about a lot over the next 6-12 months and beyond. Is there anything specific that you would like to know about?

Air pollution inside is estimated to be up to 5 times worse than the air outside, so accompanied with current events and the importance of providing safe work environments, it’d be great to discuss with you how UES can assist in providing cleaner air for your staff and guests.

I can tell the weather has changed – the engineers are all wearing their UES branded fleeces. If you see them out and about – either in the fleece or in the van – give them a wave! You never know when you will need a heating engineer!

Once again we have made some fantastic memories at Bristol County Ground this year and plan to continue supporting @Gloucestershire Cricket in every way possible. We're proud sponsors and already can't wait until the season starts again - cheers to Tom Lace for this shoutout!

Team of Heroes Award has gone to the most deserving team over at St George House! Thank you for supporting so many young people throughout the past year.

Who has tested their heating system already this Autumn?

We always know we will be having a busy few weeks (with quite a few reactive calls for our teams) when the temperatures first start to drop, and this year is no different. If you need help, we are only a phone call away!

In recent times we have been working in more and more sporting venues. It is fantastic to see clubs wanting to become a lot more sustainable and there is a lot of government funding out there ready to be utilised! Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more!
